GOLF CART STEERING WHEEL SIZES Aside from the types of the steering wheel, the diameter is another important factor. Generally, golf cart steering wheel diameters can range from 11.5 inches up to 14.5 inches. A wider diameter might provide more control when navigating through rain or other unfavorable conditions.

Here are some of the standard sizes of golf cart steering wheels:

SMALLER: The smallest steering wheel has a diameter of 11.5 inches. If you're looking for a convenient wheel that fits easily in your hand, the smaller type is a great option.

MID-SIZE: Mid-size steering wheels range between 13-13.5 inches. This type is very popular among golf cart owners.

LARGER: Larger steering wheels range between 13.5 inches to 14.5 inches. This kind of wheel is comfortable and easy to control.

NOTE: If you have an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) steering wheel, you'll need to purchase a cart-specific hub adapter to install this aftermarket steering wheel.

INSTALLATION STEPS 1. Remove the plastic pad from the center of the steering wheel. 2. Loosen and remove the nut in the middle using a socket wrench. 3. Pull off the old steering wheel. 4. Install the old adapter using the OEM nut. 5. Tighten the nut again. 6. Use a 7/64 key to remove all the screws from the center of the steering wheel. 7. Place the new steering wheel exactly above the adapter so the screws can be screwed into the adapter's holes through the steering wheel holes. 8. Tighten all the screws.

The new steering wheel is now installed.
